  1. Burger:
  2. 70g beef mince
  3. 1 clove garlic
  4. 1˝ tsp parsley
  5. 1 x red chilli
  6. 1 x egg
  7. 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  8. salt and pepper
  9. 14g Mozzarella
  10. 1 slice ciabatta

  12. Salsa:
  13. ˝ red onion, finely chopped
  14. ˝ tomato, chopped
  15. 1˝ tsp parsley, chopped
  16. salt and pepper
  17. Juice of ˝ a lime
  18. Olive oil
Preparation:
  1. For the salsa:
  2. Mix the ingredients together
Instructions:
  1. For the burger:
  2. 1. Mix the mince, garlic, parsley, chilli, egg, breadcrumbs and seasoning together.

  4. 2. Split the mixture and make two patties.

  6. 3. Place the slice of mozzarella on top of a patty, sprinkle a pinch of salt on it.

  8. 4. Place the other patty on top and pinch around the edges.

  10. 5. Keeping your hands wet. Rub the burger with olive oil and cook on a hot griddle pan for three minutes on each side.

  12. 6. Brush olive oil on the ciabatta and toast on the griddle.

  14. 7. Serve the burger on top of the bread, with salsa on top.
