General Rules
You will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, adult material, or otherwise in violation of any International laws. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material.
Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also forbidden on ChatzWorld.
Note that it is impossible for the staff or the owners of this forum to confirm the validity of posts. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the posted messages, and as such, are not responsible for the content contained within.
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information presented. The posted messages express the views of the member not necessarily the views of ChatzWorld, ChatzWorld Staff, its subsidiaries.
Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify a member of staff immediately. The staff of ChatzWorld reserve the right to remove objectionable content, within a reasonable time frame, if they determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, please realize that they may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.
You remain solely responsible for the content of your posted messages. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners of this forum, any related websites to ChatzWorld, its staff, and its subsidiaries. The owners of ChatzWorld also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or any other related information collected on this service) in the event of a formal complaint or legal action arising from any situation caused by your use of ChatzWorld.
You have the ability, as you register, to choose your username. We advise that you keep the name appropriate. With this user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to another person except an administrator, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to NEVER use another person's account for any reason. We also HIGHLY recommend you use a complex and unique password for your account, to prevent account theft.
After you register and login to ChatzWorld, you will be able to fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information the forum owner or staff determines to be inaccurate or vulgar in nature will be removed, with or without prior notice. Appropriate sanctions may be applicable.
Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from this forum or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement.
All rules above also apply to our Blog's, Image Gallery, Chat Room, Arcade Comments etc.
No advertising (including other website forum/chat sites etc) in any form including in member profiles, signatures, blogs, arcade comments, chat room, chat room pms and forum postings are not allowed. If you do advertise we will remove your advert / website address, and if you re-add we will remove it again and give you a warning. Failure to comply with the warning will result in a ban from our site.
ChatzWorld operate a 0 tolerance on racism and bullying, if you are found to be racists or bully any of our members of staff or members we will take immediate action.
You must also not pretend and/or act like another member or a member of staff, telling people off / warning members if the job of our staff NOT members, if you do this you will be given an official warning.
We reserve the right to pass your details on to appropriate authorities, where necessary, including your email address, IP Address and usage of ChatzWorld.com
Chat Room
You are required to chat in ENGLISH while you are in the chat room.
You will be given 3 warnings in the chat room if your behaviour is deemed unsuitable / breaking the ChatzWorld Rules before being kicked from the chat room. If you enter again and continue to misbehave you will be kicked again without warning (2 times), and if you enter after our 3nd kick and misbehave you will be given an instant ban.
We may kick you out the room or ban you out the room without warning if you advertise another site or where ever else deemed appropriate.
You also MUST before sending a PM to a user, please ask them in the main chat before doing so.
Nudity is not allowed on our cam network, if you have any clothes removed while you are on cam in our chat rooms, you will be given a warning and or instant ban from ChatzWorld ChatRooms (no nudity is allowed in the Adult Room as well).
Also while you are in the lobby and the teen rooms please keep language on your mics to PG13 i.e. No Swearing! This also includes speaking or any music you play into the ChatRoom through your mic.
You are also not allowed to advertise other sites and/or other services (this includes in our PM System)
We also ask that you do not continually use CAPS in the room, this as seen as being rude and aggressive. Failure to stop using them when warned will result in being removed from the room.
If you do get kicked from chat room for any reason you will also receive infraction and after having received 4 infractions from any member of staff you will be automatic banned from chatzworld.
Whilst using ChatzWorld ChatRoom's we as that you treat other members and staff the way you expect to be treated, and do not use any offensive and/or abusive language in the room.
Arcade & Casino
All comments are to be PG13 no swearing, abusive words, advertising, masking etc are allowed
Anyone who has a high score that is so high and no other users are able to beat will have their score removed.
All scores are reset every MONTH to give everyone a chance of having Top Scores.
We can not edit or add any users scores, including staff scores so do not ask us to do so.
By asking us to edit your score, may result in a ban from the arcade.
You can only be in the Arcade Top 3 with ONE account, anyone found to have more than one account and being in the Top 3 will have ALL their scores removed, from both accounts.
We will also be monitoring our games at random to make sure nobody is cheating on the games. we have ways of checking this so be warned!
If you are found to be cheating in the arcade this may result in an warning/infraction being issued against you.
User Accounts
You are not allowed to register on the forum and pretend to be another user on the forum, in some places this can be breaking the law. Stick to being who you are, we can also very easily find out if you are coping another user and their account! so don't, doing so will result in an instant ban from our site.
You are allowed 3 user name changes during each year. You are also required to give a suitable reason for requesting a user name change.
You are also only allowed to have 1 user account on ChatzWorld, anyone found to have 2 or more accounts registered will have their accounts deleted, and will only have 1 account.
Your account is only for use by your self, and not to be shared with anyone no matter who they are (including family members etc) you are also not allowed to have one account for 2 people
User Pictures, Aviators and Signatures
All Pictures, Avatars and Signatures MUST follow all rules (must not contain pornographic images, offensive text etc) you also must not advertise any websites / services other than ChatzWorld in your Pictures/Avatars/Signatures.
* User Profile Pictures
o 300 x 350
o File size not to be larger than 65535 bytes
* User Avatars
o 80 x 80
o File size not to be larger than 20000 bytes
* Signatures:
o Image Sizes max. of 300 x 350, file size not to exceed 10240 bytes (10kb)
o You can only use a max. font size of 7
o You are only allowed 4 lines
o You are only allowed 4 images
Any pictures/avatars/signatures not meeting the requirements will be removed by our staff, and you will also be given a warning.
Chating about other people and sites
Chatsworld will not tolerate anymore he said she said stuff. We all come to have fun and chat with our friends. Any persons being named will be put on probation for 3 days. If the incident happens again you will be banned.
We also ask that you refrain from talking ill of other chatters this includes other sites as well.
Posting on our Forums
When you make any posts on our forums (new posts or reply's) you are not allowed to only post one word, i.e. LOL, WOW etc . We ask that you post at least 4 or more words in reply to a post.
We also ask that you keep your posts to the appropriate forum area, any posts that are posted in the wrong area will be moved to the appropriate area.
Any one caught doing this in the future will have their reply deleted AND may have points removed from vbux/vbplaza.
Please also ensure that all posts are also following all other rules for our website.
User's under 13
By law, we can not have any members under the age of 13, unless parental permission is received.
Any users found to be under 13, will have their account removed.
We also reserve the right if we suspect any user/s to be under the age of 13 to remove that users account without any notice.
Photo Gallery
The usage of the ChatzWorld Photo Gallery, includes all rules for ChatzWorld and you are also reminded that you are not allowed to:
> Post pornographic pictures of any sort
> Post any other indecent pictures
> Post any pictures that can be used against another member on ChatzWorld, or anyone else who may not be a member
You are also asked to ensure that any person/s who are in the pictures are happy to have their pictures posted on the Internet before posting them, if any complaints are received about any pictures, of people who are not happy to have their picture posted on CW the picture in question will be removed, and you may receive a warning for this.
Please note that we can not be held responsible for other people using your pictures or other websites using your pictures i.e. google. When you upload your pictures to our website you automatically agree to this.

When the time comes when you want your user account to be deleted, we will delete everything apart from your forum posts.
